MEMBERSHIP
Women soldiers and women officers of the
line, presently on a regular tour of
duty with the United States Army and
women who have served either in
the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps or the
Women's Army Corps of the United States,
and who have been honorably discharged, are eligible for
membership in our Women's Army Corps
Veterans' Association. Also eligible
are women currently serving with Army
National Guard, Army Reserve Units and
the women of the Army Nurse Corps.

Associate Membership - An
Associate Membership may be extended
by the Chapter to members of other
Chapters who are in good standing in
their Chapters, but are residing
temporarily in our area. Such
members shall not have a vote or
hold office.

Affiliate Membership - An
Affiliate Membership may be granted
to women of other branches of
service (Navy, Marines, Air Force
and Coast Guard). Although these
women will not be able to hold an
office in the Chapter or vote - they
are more than welcome to join us in
all activities and have a voice in
all events.

Membership Dues - Membership
dues are payable upon application
and thereafter annually at the
beginning of each fiscal year (1
July). Dues for members joining
after January 1 of any year shall be
one half (1/2) of the current
chapter dues. (Example: Dues for
Chapter 114 are $25.00 per fiscal
year. If a new member joins after
January 1 she will pay $12.50 and
then pay $25.00 on July 1st, the
beginning of the fiscal year).
All regular members
will receive six (6) issues of the
National publication, "The Channel", and
twelve (12) issues of the Chapter
publication "The Lighthouse."
All affiliate members
will receive the twelve issues of the
Chapter publication, "The Lighthouse",
but if they wish to receive the National
publication they will have to purchase a
subscription from the National Office at
a cost of $15.00 per year.
If you are interested
in joining as a Member-at-Large (This is
where you are a member of the National
Office - not a Chapter) you will need to
go to the National Website at
National Web and fill out their
application form. This application must
be returned to the National Headquarters
with a check for $15.00 ($7.50 after
January 1st) along with a copy of your
DD 214 or a copy of your military ID, if
you are applying out of state and are
not able to show your ID (front and
back).

You must include a check for $25.00
($12.50 after January 1st). If you are
unable to show your Military ID or DD214
to the Membership Chair personally,
please take your information to a Notary
Public and have her/him verify your
information by signing and dating the
application form stating that he/she has
verified your ID/DD214. After he/she
has signed and dated the application
please send your application and dues to
the address above.
Chapter 114 has
also started taking applications for
women and men for Auxiliary Membership.
If you can prove that you are married to
a member; the son or daughter of a
member; the grandson or granddaughter of
a member; or the mother or father of a
member then you are eligible for this
membership. Membership dues for
the Auxiliary is $10 a year ($5.00 after
January 1st). Membership includes
12 issues of the Lighthouse. If
